Successful project delivery is dependent on robust planning and monitoring of all activities throughout the project life cycle, we don’t believe in hiding challenges rather we deal efficiently with them as they arise in close coordination with the project stakeholders to identify and monitor the key milestones critical to the project in order to make certain delivery and provide piece of mind. At Preconstruction stage our integrated design and construction team will contribute actively to the detailed development of the project strategy. During construction our team will ensure that our subcontractor’s and specialist works are coordinated, planned and are fully developed into overall installation scheme to provide up to date information and relevant approved construction methods to enable ease of installation and safe working methodology, and meet overall design criteria and construction programmed dates.
