Field Supervisors/ Foreman
Their duties are as follows:
1. Maintain all accident preventive measures in place and report any accident/incidents (near misses) as necessary.
2. Daily Inspection of his teams PPE to ensure it is appropriate to the task at hand and replaces any damaged PPE items conduct daily task specific toolbox talks before start of the shift.
3. Carry out hazard identification within this work area, report any perceivable hazard and ensure all site personnel are aware of the local work hazards and the measures needed to eliminate, minimize or protect against them.
General Labour & Helpers
All employees, regardless of position, will be responsible for their own personal safety and that of their fellow workers. This will be reinforced through the induction process and toolbox talks.
1. Employees are expected to report to work mentally and physically capable of performing all their assigned duties without jeopardizing the safety and health of themselves, other employees, or the public.
2. Employees are expected to attend safety meeting to discuss safety and health matters, workplace security, workplace violence concerns, and provide feedback to their supervisors.
3. Employees shall follow proper work practices and help maintain a safe and secure work environment by complying with the company’s policy of zero tolerance for violence, threats, harassment in the workplace.
4. Employees shall report all incidents of workplace violence to their supervisors, security guard or other appropriate authority, immediately.
5. Employees are expected to conduct daily safety inspections of their worksites to identify and correct workplace hazards, and/or if unable to correct notify their supervisor.
6. Employees shall do everything reasonably, necessary to protect their own safety and health and that of others by complying with all occupational safety and health policies, procedures, work practices, laws, rules, or regulations to ensure safety and security for all employees, including persons
with disabilities.
7. Employees shall promptly report all injuries, illness, unsafe conditions, and unsafe acts, to their supervisor immediately, or at least before the end of the work shift.
8. Employees shall use equipment properly and carefully, and follow all safety and health policies, procedures, and work practices, as directed by.

10. Employees who fail to comply with safety and health policies, procedures, regulations, laws, or rules shall be disciplined in accordance with the provisions of Our Company’s Guide to Employee Conduct and Discipline.”
11. Employees shall be free from the effects of medication, controlled substances, alcohol, or the complications arising from illness or injury which might impair their judgment and/or ability to perform their work.
12. Employees are responsible to notify their supervisor of any personal medical condition or prescribed medication which might impair their ability to perform their assigned duties. Employees should also report to their supervisor any
